New Update: Company Secretaries to Sign on MGT-7 from April 1, 2025

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has updated the ceiling on practicing company secretaries signing annual returns in e-form MGT-7. This is effective from 1 April 2025.

bad quality, it shall nullify

పని మొదలు పెడితే ఆపవద్దు

మధ్యలో వదిలి పెట్టవద్దు.

ఫలితం గురించి ఆలోచించకుండా

పని పూర్తిచేయడం మనిషి పని.

మనమీద మనకు వున్న నమ్మకం

శత్రువును భయపెడుతుంది.

మనమీద మనకు వున్న అపనమ్మకం

శత్రువు బలాన్ని పెంచుతుంది .

తెలివైనవారు ఎప్పుడూ

తమ ఆర్ధిక విషయాలు

ఎవరి తోను పంచుకోరు.

Never share your secrets

with someone lacking

depth of character.

ఎంత కష్టపడు తున్నావో చెప్పకు.

ఎంత పని పూర్తి అయ్యిందో చెప్పు.

The purity of speech, of the mind,

of the senses, and of a compassionate heart

are needed by one who desires to rise

to the divine platform.

ఓటమి గురించి భయపడటం

మొదలు పెడితే నీ విజయానికి

నీవు దూరమయినట్లే.

నిజమైన బంధువులు సత్యమే తల్లి, జ్ఞానమే తండ్రి , ధర్మమే సోదరుడు , దయే స్నేహితుడు , శాంతే భార్య , ఓర్పే పుత్రుడు, ఈ ఆరుగురే మనిషికి నిజమైన బంధువులు …..చాణుక్యుడు

Poison is poison in

all circumstances.

Even if the destination or the desired

object be far away or difficult to achieve

one can reach it or get it if one is determined.

Nothing is impossible for a determined person.

capabilities for doing it.

One must protect one’s faith

even at the cost of one’s life.
